Our guests are welcome to enjoy the weather and scenery of the Caribbean from Casa Pastel's balcony and roof top deck for a week. We cannot accomodate longer term reservations. Our children, grandchildren, other family, and close family friends have priority.
 We began to welcome other visitors several years ago. People would stop to take a picture of the house and gardens, then ask if we ever considered letting paying guests stay at Casa Pastel.
Eventually we tried it and we enjoyed sharing our island villa with visitors from around the globe.
We stopped when COVID became a health issue. As senior citizens, we have decided to err on the side of caution. We haven't had any issues with sickness before or since the virus went wild, but the picture shows why we won't take chances. the woman with the red shirt will be bringing her son, our great grand son, the next time she visits! If we intend to dance at his college graduation party we can't play around with COVID! And we do plan to celebrate. Wish us luck!
Casa Pastel is not a hotel. It is a secure, private home.
Your vacation home is the top three floors of the building, with separate entrances for your privacy and securty.
We are the owners. We live on the property and are happy to assist you with information during your stay, but your rental is totally private.
Again, all reservations are for one week.
We welcome guests who are interested in enjoying a bit of the less hectic Isla.
The Mar Turquesa area is zoned residential. We are very close, within a few minutes walking distance, to restaurants and attractions.
But this is a quieter area than Centro, North Beach, the colonias, or even South Point.
If you are interested in being right on the beach or having access to parties that crank up the music, you won't find that here.
  You can walk along the Caribbean without bumping into people. You can search the waves for seas glass. You can sit on your deck and enjoy the amazing sunshine and the views.
There are buses, taxis, drivers, golf carts and more to get you to party central from the southern part of the island.
We want you to enjoy your time with us.

We are not currently open for vacation rentals.
We will, of course, welcome anyone who has won a week at Casa Pastel
at an Isla fundraising events.
We do ask that you
